 하얀 연구실로 보이는 공간 유리벽속 남자를 여러 연구원들이

지켜본다.

곧 60대의 남자의 신호에 맞춰 젊어보이는 연구원이

긴장된 모습으로 버튼을 누른다

유리로 된 방의 문이 열리며 무언가 거진 숨소리를

내며 등장한다.

침을 흘리며 빨갛게 보일정도로 충혈된 눈을 가진

하이에나 두마리였다.

서로를 잡아먹을듯 입을 벌리던 두마리의 짐승은

곧 눈 앞에 쉬워보이는 물체를 발견했고 

동시에 뛰어들었다.

갓 스물이나 되보이는 그리고 쓰러질듯한 몸을 가진 여인은

자기에게 뛰어드는 두 짐승을 보더니  멈춰있던 몸이

심하게 떨리고 곧 무언가의 가죽이 심하게 찢기는 소리와

유리벽이 붉게 물들었다.

한달전

야근중 남편을 떠났다고 오해 수면제를 먹고 존의 침실로가 불을 질렀다.

밤늦게 지친 몸을 이끌고 집으로 온 존슨은 비극적인 모습을 볼수있었다

검게타버린 부인과 온 몸에 타박상과 약간의 화상을 입은 그의 아들 ..

병실의 잠든 아들을 보던 그에게 비극적 소식이 찾아왔다. 하나도 아닌 둘씩이나

존슨에 머리에는 한가지만 생각났다.

어느 누구도 예비 폭탄같은 덴을 고용할리가 없었다. 그를 취직시키면 분명히 언젠가

회사에 의료비 폭탄을  맡게될것은 분명했다

한숨을 쉬며 앉아있던 덴은 아까의 실험광고 포스터를 보게되었다.

여기모인 누구보다 아니 지역전체의 누구보다도 자기를 위한 포스터같은 문구들

0.01%확률인 병을 가진 자신보다 적합할리가없었다.

 

집으로간 그의 눈에는 그의 상황을 나타낼 조그만 종이가

붙어있었다.
